Victory For Californians: Alternative Prop 47 Bill Withdrawn

I hope everyone enjoyed their time on 4th of July celebrating our Nation’s Day of Independence!

California did it! Thanks to everyone's incredible efforts throughout the state making calls, sending letters, and contacting your legislators, Governor Newsom and the Democrats felt the pressure and have pulled their alternative Prop 47 bill. Read more..

We have witnessed political maneuvering on criminal justice policy for half a year, but your dedication and commitment have made all the difference. Our collective voice has ensured that the Homelessness, Drug Addiction, and Theft Reductions Act to fix parts of Proposition 47, will move forward on the November 5, 2024 ballot without any competing proposals. This victory wouldn't have been possible without your unwavering support.

This is a monumental win for Californians and a crucial step towards restoring law and order in our state.

Let's continue to stand firm and work together to build a safer California. Please consider donating or volunteering to my campaign to help me in this fight against the incumbent, Scott Wiener. Stay engaged, stay informed, and keep up the incredible work!

Thank you for your dedication to our cause.
