Oppose SB94—Contact Your Legislators Today

Scott Wiener is at it again, pushing dangerous legislation that threatens the safety of every Californian. His co-authored bill, SB94, is being resurrected and could lead to the early release of some of the most heinous criminals our state has ever seen.

SB94 would allow convicted murderers—those who have been sentenced to life without parole for the most brutal crimes, including those who killed multiple victims or killed in concert with rape, robbery, kidnapping, and torture—to have their sentences reduced after just 20 years.

These are individuals who have committed unspeakable acts of violence, and yet Wiener is working to give them a chance to walk out of prison.

Make no mistake, Scott Wiener’s actions show that he has no intention of keeping us safe. Instead, he’s working to close prisons and release dangerous criminals back onto our streets—putting every man, woman, and child at risk.

We must act now to stop this bill. I urge you to call every Democrat legislator and demand they vote against SB94. Call today, to prevent this disastrous bill from becoming law! They could pass this law  anytime from now until August 31st.

Find your legislator and contact them today: Find Your Legislator.

Please also consider making a donation to my campaign. Your support will help us fight back against Wiener’s dangerous agenda and protect our communities from these reckless policies. Together, we can send a clear message: California’s safety is non-negotiable.

Please share this email, our safety depends on it!

Thank you for standing with me in this critical fight.

Sincerely,
