CALL TO ACTION: MAKE CALLS TODAY Stand Against AB 1955 And Stop Schools From Lying To Parents
I am reaching out to you today with disturbing news. Democrats have drafted legislation to FORCE SCHOOLS TO LIE TO PARENTS ABOUT THEIR CHILDREN’S GENDER IDENTITY. WE MUST STOP AB 1955!
AB 1955 mandates the State Department of Education to develop resources and support for LGBTQ students without parental knowledge or consent. This bill would prohibit school employees from disclosing any information about a student's sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression without the student's consent, even to their parents. This lack of transparency between schools and parents erodes trust and undermines the family unit, which is the cornerstone of our society.
Furthermore, this bill could expose children to ideologies and decisions about their gender and sexual orientation without the guidance and involvement of their parents. It prioritizes the state's agenda over the rights of parents to be involved in critical aspects of their children's lives.
